Throughout history, oral arguments have been an important part of our judicial system. With the intersection of technology, oral arguments have begun to take a back seat.
Many Courts have started eliminating the tradition. However, the tradition continues proudly in our Supreme Court, and we are listening closely as a Justice of the Supreme Court speaks up in oral arguments after 10 years of silence.
