Initially, the victim should report the accident to their employer, then get the treatment they need, while making sure to inform their medical providers of their situation to ensure that they have a consistent history. Next, Bill discusses how hiring an attorney can serve as an advocate and advisor for the victim. Allowing the victim to focus on getting better, rather than dealing with insurance companies and medical bills.
